Using a dedicated cloud server for your organisation, you can now upload data that have elapsed their intended use. You can set a duration to retain this data before it is purged. This duration can either be your internal policy or retention policy of respective industry sector. Data will then be purged after the retention durartion and a notification sent to GDPR Data processors
